Migration without scares: your data arrives whole
The biggest fear when changing your core system is losing data or stopping the company. That's why migration is planned as what it is, a delicate operation: we extract the data from your current system, clean it and load it into the new one, verifying that everything matches, record by record, not by eye.
The old system isn't switched off until the new one has proven itself with real data and your team feels comfortable. We work with backups at every step and a rollback plan defined before touching anything: if something doesn't add up, it's caught and fixed before the switch, not after.
In phases and by modules, not a big bang
Failed ERP projects tend to share a pattern: trying everything at once, with a giant switch that paralyses the company for months. We do the opposite: we start with the module that hurts most — clients, quotes, invoicing, job sheets — and put it live while everything else keeps working as usual.

Penny is the AI assistant we use at SYSBalear, working inside the ERP/CRM we built and use every day. It helps with monitoring, lead capture and internal processes. It matters because it shows we don't just store data: we use AI to support the system, and we can do the same in yours. AI is just the executing arm. The brain is the institution.
What results can I expect?
It depends on your processes and your data, and we measure it with you. What we do assure is experience: a founding team with more than 28 years of experience (since 1998), and we build and run a system like this every day.
Will I lose the history from my current system?
The method is designed so you do not: data with value is migrated, including clients, history, documents and invoicing. Migration is done with verification in parts, and the old system isn't switched off until we've checked that everything is in the new one.
How long until the system is up and running?
It depends on the scope, but you don't take it all at once: we work in phases, and the first one — the module that hurts you most — reaches production early and already adds value while we build the rest. You don't wait until the end of the project to start using it.
Will my team need a lot of training?
Less than you'd think: the system is built around how your team works, not the other way round, so the learning curve is short. Even so, we accompany the go-live, answer real usage questions and adjust whatever practice shows can be improved.
