We run automatic monitoring of the state of servers, networks, services and backups, supervised by our team, and act on weak signals before they become incidents: a disk starting to degrade, a service consuming too much, a backup that never finishes.

That proactive response changes the economics of support. Instead of paying for emergencies once everything has stopped, we prevent the stop. When intervention is needed, the technician arrives with context already prepared by the monitoring, so we can act quickly, within the response times agreed in writing.

We define with you realistic objectives for how long you can be down and how much data you can afford to lose, and we design the backup and recovery strategy to meet them. On-site and off-site copies, ransomware protection and a clear, tested procedure to get back on your feet as quickly as possible.

Virtualization and high availability

We consolidate physical servers onto virtualization platforms with VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox, which reduces hardware costs, simplifies maintenance and speeds up recovery: a virtual machine is restored or moved far faster than a physical server.

For the systems your business cannot afford to lose, we design high-availability schemes: redundancy, automatic failover and replication, so if a node fails, the service stays up. The goal is clear: a hardware failure should be an invisible formality, not a crisis.

Infrastructure security

Infrastructure and security are the same thing, and we protect it in layers: next-generation firewalls, network segmentation, hardened Active Directory, role-based access control, continuous patching and encryption where it belongs. Every entry vector we close is one less door for an attacker.
